Previously built on a proprietary CMS, Japan Society's website needed an overhaul, having last done so in 2008. As the leading Japanese arts museum in the U.S., the Society needed a modern website to showcase its expertise in the field.
My main responsibilities included wireframing, budget allocation, data migration, vendor management, and in-house staff design reviews. With my technical background, I proved to be an effective product manager, transitioning our dated website into a modern feel while retaining some of the complexities of the previous website.
